mg2bot release 0.70b

this is the official release page for the mg2bot 0.70b.

This release introduces Jabber support, requires Net::Jabber, and Net::XMPP (and some hackery). For these reasons, Jabber dependencies may be included with the bot as the IRC deps are.

The internals have also been massaged a bit since 0.64, factoid support is back, and several other plugins have been added, including support for VirtueMeter.

This is the official release page for the mg2bot 0.64. This is the first truly tested release. This is essentially release 0.63b with the httpd code removed. mg2bot 0.63b was never released because of stability problems.
