They suck, there customer service is anything but that. I would stay far away from there web page because they will charge you without any conformation of delivery on their part. OH and they will not give u a refund, what BS!
I ordered an arrangement to be delivered for the funeral of the grandmother of a close friend, the order was acknowledged but delivery was not made until the Monday after all the services. There is no way that they can atone for this. Do NOT use FTD - find a local florist and deal direct.
i agree with stew, local florists are the way to go. dont be lured in by the 'convenience'. their operation is a sham, they take a cut and then pass the buck to the next guy who may or may not come through... and then they don't do anything to make it right. FTD is no good.
as a shop owner of an ftd shop , i can tell you that ftd .com is manned by the lowest level of employees; poorly trained... and incompetent. I feel so bad when consumers use them and then are disappointed . also , people pay a lot more tha if they called a local florist. Hopefully ftd .com when die a slow death soon.....
