Apple's been taking their sweet ass time getting my MacBook back to me. It had a broken down arrow key and has been "Product return pending" for 11 days.
So uhm.. why can't you just fix the fucking thing and send it back? I mean it's what.. a keyboard replacement? A key replacement? I mean WTF? What takes 11 days? Hurry the phuck up!
